Thanks . The pdf is available now. In my opinion, the main attraction of this course is third module wherein he has revealed his strategy of finding under served niche in local SEO. It's a time taking strategy but still has lots of potential. The mobile site module No. 2 is worthless though.
Oggie thank you for sharing this and also thank you aLwAyStEsTiNg for doing the AIO and making available in MEGA. I see a lot of value in what I have seen so far and even though he seems to bounce from one thing to another in Module 1 he is actually covering a lot of scenarios that can help people no matter where they may be entering this course at regarding skill level. You can tell he actually does this and this is the type person I like learning from. I will be paying this author for his work. Thanks again for sharing!!!

In response to PaulieP's comments I would like to say that local business owners do pay big prices for their sites.... I haven't gone through this as yet... however I had a plumber do some work for me and he ruined the sink because the old pipework wouldn't come out easily. He went and got me a new sink and wouldn't charge me or it. So I offered to create him a website for free as I felt awful about the cost to him. He told me that he was quoted just under a thousand dollars for the basic website with one page. His wife had apparently ordered the website and he found out when he got home and told her about my offer. So websites do get sold to local business owners for good prices.
