Does this ONLY pay out in Bitcoin - or is there a way to get payout directly in $ ??

it pays bitcoin, paxum, bank wire , etc

but i only suggest getting payments via bitcoin, it's the best choice

These others may be OK if the fees are small - but what about paypal - can it pay out that way too ??

Do the other payment methods have fees? Paypal would definitely be ideal...
