Does anyone have this course available? There have been versions posted in the past but every previous thread only has dead links now. If you have version 5 or 6 and can help a fellow member out, I would greatly appreciate it and rep to the fullest (I know there's a lot of recent bumps on those past threads so I'm sure many others would share that appreciation).
