As published, the majority of WSO's will not work, usually prospecting for qualified prospects and basic sales training is not covered well. The first contact should be to set an appointment with a qualified prospect (basically qualify then make an appointment at the same time), then before the appointment send emails re-inforcing (with scare tactics) what will be covered in the meeting. So that when the meeting occurs on phone, email or skype they should be ready to buy (20% to 80% of the time).
