Does it work without any license key or nulling it? As far as I know, it doesn't(from my experience a few months ago). Someone needs to null it first to make it work.

It works fine without nulling it - the core functionality plugin is bundled here.
The only thing you can't do without a license is download the other bundled plugins (shared in VIP or to people who contribute to the forum -read the OP) , get automatic updates, or import demos (which If someone can tell me how I grab from the server before it gets uploaded to the database, I'd be happy to share too).

Yes The Latest Version now on this themes are asking for registration be the me and the 7 are now one of them , tried to nulling them but not got sucess, anyone can null this system>

What parts of the theme dont work if not registered?
To my knowledge, other than the nag, everything works but importing demos and automatic updates.
