Does anyone know of a tool that gives accurate/detailed avg. monthly searches? Google's Keyword Planner gives a range 10 - 100, 10k - 100k, which doesn't give a great estimation.

I know there are a lot of keyword tools out there, but are there any that can give accurate data on county/city for local seo?

Yeah, it often can be problematic. If you want a software which gives a great estimation you write me in PM, I can give a few options for you. they are free and I used them a lot of times
