Thanks SJC999 - there is lots of stuff there for certain, but lots of it is aimed in the direction of single folks looking for sex or a mate, or for dominating others - stuff like that is not what I seek.

It's a subliminal product. It's not a "direct teaching" thing. The noisy voice you hear is the subliminal. You can use it as background noise during the day or play it quietly before sleeping. Either way should work.
