I'm trying to figure out how the hell I can stream to youtube with this trash tool.
No tutorial is precise to the menus in new version.
If doesn't work I'll stick to live blaster.
To Stream to YouTube do the following:
Youtube:
1. Logon to youtube and select Live Streaming
2. Select Stream Now (Not Events)
3. Under Encoder Setup (a) Copy the Server URL i.e. rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2
4. Click reveal to show your Stream name/key ( abcd-abcd-abcd-abcd)
(WirecastPro)
1. Click on Output
2. Select RTMP Server
3. Set your encoding at your internet have ability to
4. Address: Insert Server URL you copied from Youtube (rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live)
5. Stream: insert your stream key you copied in youtube ( abcd-abcd-abcd-abcd ).
6. Click on set credentials and put your username and password for your Youtube/gmail
7. Click OK
8. Click Output
9. Click Start/Stop Broadcasting
10. Now are Live ( you will see a green wifi-like next to Wirecast Pro)
11. Stop when you are done
I have tested this and it works. If you get credential/tokens error its because your username/password is not correct on youtube or because you have not enabled Live stream on your YouTube account. To enable Live stream you need a phone verification.
Hope this helps.
And thanks for the share.

Thanks I did manage to configure it and tried streaming one video. But I did it by selection youtube instead of direct stream address as you said.
Issue is how to make video i want to stream added to box which says live streaming box inside wirecast?
I know the right pointing arrow does that but video keeps on playing if i do that.
BTW reps for taking time out to help.
IMO live blaster is way better for youtube than wirecast.
WOW! HAVE been looking for this thanks so much for the share your a star!
