2 - Their refund policy is this:

You have to use the 'method for EIGHT MONTHS and show PROOF that you've tried that long before they will think about refunding you. And that's all they will do - Think and Laugh at you. Eight months means no chargeback is possible from your Credit card provider too as it's far too long after the transaction to get a refund.
