I personally have never had that problem nor know of anyone else that had that problem so don't know what to tell you.
Try the training links in the OP maybe but somewhere it talks about changing that if you have problems.

Never heard of that.
That’s an old commandline error AFAIK.
Check your shortcut and make sure that it points to the correct path which default should be:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Arbitrage Underdog 5.1
Other than that uninstall and start over.
