From the salespage I can tell it's a rebranded plr product from unstoppable. Prolly only the title and cover has changed. So he's not allowed to give plr. Search in that direction if you care about license. I didn't even download this.

It is indeed rebranded PLR and the English is poor. It looks like either a spin-rewriter was used or the person who attempted to rewrite it doesn't have a firm grip on the English language.
