Hey all
I've been contacted by Wellness Magazine, because they want to feature my product in an editorial which they'll publish on their website, ewellnessmag[dot]com. They've offered me the option to support the editorial with paid ads, ranging from $985 to $4,995.
I had a voice convo with the editorial guy, and it all seems legit on the surface, but here are my problems:
1. The editorial guy claims their website, ewellnessmag[dot]com, gets 30,000 views a day, but I checked their Alexa ranking, and it's 1,557,031. According to SimilarWeb, they get just 14.8K views per MONTH, as opposed to the editorial guy's claim of 30K views per DAY. Despite claiming to be a U.S. based magazine, according to SimilarWeb, most of their website views are from Poland :s
Also, the articles on their website all have less than 10 facebook likes each. Their facebook page has around 3k likes.
2. They don't accept Papal payments, and only take bank wire, which I hear is the most insecure way to pay someone.
Am I missing something here?
