because this is a revolutionary cloud technology, you just have to wait because it's hanging in the cloud.

Is it just me or is there nowhere to actually place the upgrade serial no. once in the program. It says to go to the dashboard but everytime I try to go to the main dashboard to find the "upgrade" dialog, it takes me to dashboard/albums and I can see nothing of where it says to upgrade. Anyone??

They need to use some of the money they make from this product launch to hire someone to do a better green screen intro video edit...the guy looks like an alien that appeared on a nice living room background *yeeesh**

the program is very limited and the stored templates they have are a joke

I am also having the same trouble finding the area where I can put in the serial number to upgrade. Can anyone help?
