it's an HTML theme, (one for social media , one for facebook, one for twitter, etc)
the powerpoints is for presentation and show portfolio for clients.
You need to download everything to see the full picture.
I don't know if this ''wso'' was abandoned or not, but in my opinion, with some modifications and inspiration - the content - can be used in other projects.
