Some ideas for you

This would be an improvement imo, more powerfull then current logo, matching theme colors. Clock matches height of logo letters, nr 24 is exact in the middle of the clock. Psd included offcourse if you buy. Just upload the png and it looks exactly like that, minus yellow bar. :)
