Prevention magazine, along with a few other health, fitness and wellness magazines, have a lot of wonderful articles that run the gamut from food to exercise. For those of us over 40 who are working on getting fit but not trying to ramp up for a competition, it provides a lot of food for thought!
It's good to compare the information because oftentimes there will be different schools of thought on what would be the best exercise to do, the best food to eat, or whatever. You have to do your due diligence and be willing to take the time to separate fact from fiction when it comes to your health and fitness.

FIT and WELL is where it's at!!!
