This really looks like that they "shoe horned" themselves into this and decided to sell a course. Not even sure this is shareable as they stated that they would have to create the accounts themselves then send out the login details.

Looks like they are partnering with a company called "Algomizer" for this.

so a third party is doing the lead generation and you pay them once you get qualified call then you sold them to a local business .. am I right ?

basically, you sell sales calls to a business with 50% margin, your cost per call $20-$30 you sell to the business for $40-60 per qualified call, you pocket $20-$30 per call, so if you sell one call a day ($20) to one business for 30 days, your profit is $600 and if you have 15 businesses, $600x15=$9000/mo... very nice!
