I tested Votestream, it's really nice, something fresh. I do have low upload speed, but that didnt stop it from getting people and liking the content.
Only minus from me to this is that they dont have any preview of the template look before you create a campaign ( i wanted to check the look of the template before i create anything).

On the sign up page provided they give you an option for FE, Pro, Contest, Pro+Contest....obvious choice right!
