Surprisingly this is a good guide from this guy, it just skims over but this Idea is what I use in my CPA campaigns and it works for me.. takes effort and patience but it is a working method.

PS: Looking at the raw text it seems instabuilder2 templates - quess he didn't export it as html but saved as a template..
