Want to create a website for CPA (Accountants, not clicks :D ) - do really good SEO and Local SEO and sell it.
If you are from Texas and you can receive Google verification letter (essential for local seo) - lets do it. The domain name has around 50$ CPC potential from one click on Adwords, and if SEO-d really good can be sold for a good money.
