This copy is legit, because another copy I tried the Fresh Builder wouldn't load but on this one it loads.
Arc uses it's own builder called "Fresh builder". Keep in mind that all layouts were created using the builder. You have use the builder to use the theme, so you'll need to learn how to use it.

That said, fuck this theme and the authors. I bought this too, and FreshBuilder is a piece of buggy shit. Got a refund.
I hope this gets shared everywhere and they lose money.

It's a very new theme and still " Intro Price ", and i think the author will make it more stable in next updates!
