Ok:
All in all: This guy has his research down. Picked up a few things that will definitely help me.
As far as using plr content -not too sure about that.
Has a lot of fluff and the guy isn't a native english speaker so it's not exactly music to my ears...
I think this has potential to make money and build your list -especially if you do your research the way this guy teaches it.
He seems like a beginner when it comes to monetization but if you have your own methods, its better to work with what you know. You don't want to be doing the same thing as hundreds (?), or thousands (?) of other people are doing.
