1) You can find and upload a rare plr course. I have seen many plr uploads in skillshare. But we wont be responsible if your account gets banned. I reccommend uploading your own class.

2) I uploaded 6 classes in 6 different accounts (u can add upto 6 secondary email in paypal). And got it to trend in the first page. got around 3k minutes from real and fake views from each class.....should be easy

3) I watched udemy classes and redid it with my own voice and ppt template..so not sure of the quality. My english is ok..I wrote a script and read it...u can download high value courses from bbhf and redo it to provide high value. shouldnt be a problem

Yes I would recommend that you create a course. Even though I have seen many PLR courses in skillshare
