Does your method involve payoneer?
Also if ever there are some problems and the account gets limited, How will we be able to verify the account?

As I know with Payoneer you must have same name on Payoneer and PayPal if you wish to link and to get Payoneer you have to present real data so doubt it is that.

I usually just buy VCC to get verified and all that but I would be interested in getting free VCC instead of paying (if it is not Entropay).

The price seems ok. Which VPN is in question? That would be worth if it is not one of free VPN options.

it got 2 videos( 1 about making PayPal account and the other one was bypassing phone verification) and 2 text files for guiding you how to create a fully verified PayPal account. it took me about 10-15mins make my account and get it fully verified. videos are explaining step by step so it's a perfect guide.
