Easiest way: right-click on the picture, choose 'Save' or 'Save As' (depends on OS) and it'll DL to your hard drive.

What you do with it after that is up to you and your conscience.

I get a download.exe file when I try to download it - isn't it supposed to be a pdf file?

Yeah you are right 6 years and don't know how to download but did it strike you had I been leeching and been super active on this site all these years I would have known how to download..
