Link is DEAD! I also googled the product by title and went to the authors blog. He himself says that the older version does NOT work. Anyone know what version of the ebook this is? Being that it is at Mega, this must be more than an ebook. Anyone know? Someone posted that it is a very big file, but I have not seen it.
