The script is quite slow on Localhost IIS

Even the login page loading time is more than few minutes. :(

For offline: Localhost its working quite slow.

And when installed on cPanel (Linux), I got the following error:

Error msg: Unable to connect to the database. Please make sure the database information specified in admin/includes/config.php are correct.

I'm able to Login when installed on WIndows Parallel Plesk.
But after login, again getting the same error.

Depositfiles mirror from OP's Multiupload link is still working fine.

I tried to install it on my hosting and send some emails but didn't success.
On the errors log it said
"constant() [<a href='function.constant'>function.constant</a>]: Couldn't find constant SENDSTUDIO_LICENSEKEY"
