I m new for SEO i need how to get free .gov and .edu links for my site its index on google please any one help this. already i submitted few sites but i didnt get any links for my site.

Really thanks for your words already i done this and got good ranking also but my site dont have .edu and .gov links thats why i m asking . .

Not free, but Fiverr is filled with .edu and .gov sellers.
Some actually provide actual .edu and .gov LINKS.
I find a decent, relevant wikipedia backlink is better for seo than edu/gov. YMMV
