Sir Maldboy, I said "WITH" a license you can install the plugins that comes with the theme, otherwise, you can still install the theme and use ALTERNATIVE plugins from WP repository or other premium plugins.

How to null this template?

its an optiont that who buyed that theme shared it with all plugin then no need to nulling ...

Here you go my fellow BBHF brothers, clean and untouched. It includes all the plugins but like I said, the demo data can only be used with a license.
