Good point and the 2 things to remember here are that most of these scammers DON'T have a real business they run. The sit behind their laptops and try anything possible to land a few suckers - Second is that these types of people aren't into relationship building anyway because they'll be peddling something else not too long from now like the literal "crack merchants" they are.
