I used to have this and can't find it anwhere and don't care to because it's garbage.
What this is about is enrolling into My Paying Ads .com
You pay for ads on that site where everyone is promoting some other type of shittty bizop. Supposedly whenever someone signs up and pays, you get some money too.
If you really want to make money with this you have to recruit people into M.P.A. who are willing and able to spend money into the program. It's very saturated.
