Any chance to get v4.1.8?

- PERFORMANCE: Removed init.js javascript file and added it inline in header for extra performance.
- SPEED IMPROVEMENT: Removed PrettyPhoyo style and script resources added by VIsual composer from loading. We are using our own MagnificPopup script. This results in increased page speed.
- NEW FEATURE: Facebook comments
- NEW FEATURE: Facebook Login - you can set your custom redirect link when registering with Facebook
- NEW FEATURE: Added a new option for Header to set after how many pixels it resizes.
- NEW FEATURE: VK Sharing service for blog posts
- Enabled KLEO shortcodes to be translated by WPML. This works with 3.6.0 version of WPML or newer.
- Fixes the before main hook in buddypress pages
- Enabled three levels depth for Top menu.
- Added extra check for the kleo_get_search_menu_item function: if ( ! function_exists( 'kleo_get_search_menu_item' ) ) {}
- Fixed Title on VC Single image when size is not custom
- Updated jQuery easing plugin for some isolated JS errors.
- Updated Visual Composer to 5.0.1
- Updated K-elements to 4.1.8
