nothing is special about it. he's a spammer who posted in the wrong section of the forum with an affiliate link. he wants to get signups. this has nothing to do with a jv
also, $30 a month for 1 wordpress install? it comes managed and an ssl but this is for suckers...although i'll bet their customer support is top in the industry with what they are charging for the suckers
