If you can't find anything better than PA1, then you are looking in the wrong places.
Hell, even a lot of Godaddy auctions have better metrics than that.
Before you ask, NO I will not share my favorite sites for expireds, but if you figure out how to search on the Interwebs you might just have a chance.

Also I find domain that available for 69$ while same domain name on godady, namecheap, and register have bid between 2000-2500$ who is registrar for selling cheap premium domains

Yes I do. You need to search non usual keyword. Just search better

Yea you need to pray because if a domain is worth 1000 monkeys to you doest it mean its worth the same to other people, you really need to have a good eye and good luck. I'm talking from my experience and the appraisal from namecheap/godaddy has 0 value
