Thanks for sharing. Did you see the price on this theme? Is this for real?

Thank you @HaXoR7.
Can somebody help me with this please?
In the instructions that come along with your product it specifies to upload the restro.zip file, which doesn’t exist, so I assumed it refers to the SimpleBuilder.zip file.
However, after attempting to upload and install the theme using that zip file, it keeps looping back saying “are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”
The version of WP has been verified and I tried the localhost option and the live option, both show the same result.
Please help.
Thank you.

First, make a zip file from the theme if it doesn't exist and try to upload it trough WordPress.
Go to your hosting cPanel and if you have PHP settings increase Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 128M or whatever you need and do to more than your theme requires, or edit php.ini and increase max upload size there. If you don't have this configuration go to cPanel>file manager>public_html>wp_content>themes and click upload at the up left corner and upload the theme, unzip it and delete the zip file after.
Hope it helps
