For orders you can use Paypal or stripe plugin to accept credit cards
Yes manually order then dropshipper will send to your customer
If something goes wrong you refund and send product back to dropshipper

How to make sure its affiliate and not direct??

If you use woocommerce it will become a dropship site if not then it will be an affiliate site only
