I haven't gone thru this course yet but the sales page reads like a beginner's level product. PPM was shared here December 2015, hopefully, this is an updated version they're marketing now.

Judging from the dates of the files alone, it looks like only the main PDF file is updated in Dec 2016. All other files are dated 2015 except one dated 2014.
