I have been messaging them since 3 weeks but they are just responsing like ok we are doing it but they are doing nothing. I asked them to change nameservers of domain but nothing yet. They stole my money.

My clients were on this hosting.
luckily I back up all websites daily
and I have software that tells me when a domain is down
PLUS I always run two hosting companies accounts.... I have 180 clients that rely on me, and me rely of their payments :)
So was able to switch hosting fast - before the clients know anything.
Guys - judge for yourselves..... cheap hosting aint worth it,,,, in the end.
