Just slip the card behind the plastic on the bottom of the advert and there you go, you have a captive audience while they are taking a leak!

Find better product from clickbank with high gravity
Find similar domain name, make it forward to your aff.link
Create flyer designs with fiverr or DIY if you're familar with Photoshop
Distribute it yourself or hire someone from fiverr and promote it

Above method works actually but takes time, meanwhile we can promote it through FB, twitter, calssified also for more conversions.
