I downloaded today and can't unzip this. I've unzipped literally thousands of files so know the process. Tried 4 different download sites from the mirrorcreator OP link and different unzip programs including 7zip and winrar and still can't get this thing unzipped.
Edited to add I figured out the problem. My 7zip was not up to date. After I updated was able to unzip this without a problem.
