Did you look at the 2018 Edition? Directly under the big promo video that begins the page it says:
"2018 EDITION: WVF VIDEOS COME AS POWERPOINT TEMPLATES THAT CAN BE EDITED IN 2 MINUTES."
The 2016 videos that this thread is for can't be edited but the 2018 edition that biggee is requesting can.

The 2016 can be edited in the usual video editors. that being said, yes, the 2018 would be good to have for the PPT capability
