T'is very pricey
You can tell straight away if it's gonna work or not. If your registrastion was successful you'll get an email "New ICANN requirement: Contact validation / Neue ICANN-Bestimmung: Kontakt-Validierung" straight away. If you see "registration pending" you'll have to try again.
I managed to get 3 domains myself but it only worked when using a proxy from Austria. Hope that helps :)
edit: They're starting to send out emails asking for proof of ID so make sure you use your real name.

DEALS DEAD @MONIKER - just called them and they said this promo ended 1 hour ago; and they are still in the process of removing the sales page from the website.
EDIT: Same with DD24 - sales page is still there but now charging $17 EU
