Did anyone notice that this Microsoft project has been out since 2012? I just recently heard of cinemagraphs. Didn't know they've been out for so long.

This has been on Microsoft phones for some time now: make a small clip and pick which parts of it to animate. There are similar apps on Android too, but they don't work as well as the Microsoft one.

Didn't know it was on PC too so max reps for that
