if you have it you can use the DeDRM tool directly or with calibre

Other than that, I did happen to find it here but (the mp3 audio version of) the course won't be released until September 2017:

NOTE: There are a LOT of PDF files masquerading as the book if you would Google the title and filetype:pdf but beware, they are nothing more than 1 or 2 page pre-sell/teasers with strange links that could ultimately harm your computer.
I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

@raph13r: Thanks for chiming in. Don't I need to be able to open it on my computer before I can use Caliber?
What I'm saying is, I can read it on my Kindle Fire but I cannot see the file AT ALL on my desktop computer. In fact, when I clicked "Open Kindle" on my desktop, the screen opened but I got a message from Amazon saying "Sorry but offline viewing is not available at this time."
If I am still not getting what you're trying to tell me, send me a PM. I'm very detail oriented so you will need to give me specific instructions I can follow.

@blackhatspidy: Please check your PM ... I just sent you an important message and I need a reply (one way or the other). Since you were the person who originally requested this, I have an offer to make but will need you to be on board for it to work. Hopefully, it will be to the benefit of everyone interested.
Here is the conundrum I'm facing with all this:
Kindle's latest PC reader no longer works with Caliber-compatible AZW files. I downgraded to an earlier Kindle for PC reader and am still getting error messages after using the DeDRM tools plugin.
Right now, I'm reading something else and will try one last time.
Talk about and#U#(and@# frustrating!!!

@blackhatspidy: Thanks for the kind comment. You're right; I do spend a lot of my time here.
I just PMed you with the answer to your question. I cannot do what you asked and I explained why; but there's still light at the end of the tunnel. I may hear back from another forum member I messaged and they may be able to help bring this to a good end.
I will let you know.

UPDATE:
I sent a PM to everyone who has expressed interest in this title as of today (7-5-2017). Please read your PM and get back to me when you can.

I believe it all comes down to you buying it for $3.99, blackhatspidy. That's how I got it (from Amazon.com). As I've demonstrated on this forum, I am always willing to help as much as I can but when it comes to me sharing something as personal as my Kindle device's serial number, I have to draw the line.
Earlier, I recommended you try your own Kindle device's serial number but it reports back to Amazon and they will see whether you have made that purchase.
I hope you understand my reluctance to go any further with this.

Layna61524, thank you for all your help.Obviously, I don't want personal details of any sort, of anyone here. It's just that in the process of trying to figure it out , that serial number was required. It's my fault I asked you for that.Instead I must have asked you whether you have already tried that, which you did.
I had already checked with my local stores whether they have this book before posting my request here, but they haven't.
Hopefully, someone will be able to share this, but I am not in need for this anymore.
It is time to take a break from bbhf for a while, so that I can get to a position where I never have to post a request here, for any product at any price point.
Thank you all :)
