The Trial is here for those lazy to read but this software is not fully working, finding neighbors always fails...
For the expensive monthly payments this should be updated frequently which obviously its not, since the last update is from Jan 2017

Working on a big update.

You need to use proxy (best with HideMyAss software) to successfully find neighbors and scrape the city completely.
