When you upload the zip file through wordpress it installs it into the folder on your server i.e. plugins/myreviewplugin5.0-4247/plugins/MyRP
You need to move the MyRP folder to /plugins/MyRP
and same for other folders /plugins/LinkMan, /plugins/CommentMan, /plugins/ImportMan
Plugins should then appear in your WP plugin section, where you can activate.
