@omg: You know, at first, I thought the voucher was removed but once I went back and started filling out the form for the free account, the voucher link appeared. So, just fill in the free account fields and by the time you get to the (optional) email window, you will see "Got a voucher?" appear on the form.

UPDATE: I notice what's really changed is they will only give you 2GB if you forego using an email address now. And it seems there is no longer an offer of 50 GB ... if you use and confirm an email address as valid, you get "an upgrade to 10GB account" for free per month. As this is per month, I may not even need to use multiple Google mail accounts.
