I also did the original way back and still use some of it to this day.

Some stuff has been debunked but the vast majority is still relevant.

I'd personally say the whole thing is relevant in some way.

Just wanted to thank the contributors in this thread, especially Gordon Shumway, who is always awesome.

I feel like I've been 'stuck' for some time. No matter how many courses I study (and there have been a LOT), it seems like I constantly get in my own way.
For some strange reason, I keep coming back to this Silva Method...which I admittedly haven't taken yet.
So maybe this is what I need.

Maybe some who have stumbled across this thread can relate?
And maybe I'll come back and update later if I have something significant to share.
