Also note this guy is simply scraping templates he's found from other sites and posting them on there... you can find the same things through google.
....and another thing to note is that the templates are NOT nulled. Many require licence keys to activate correctly.....VERY ANNOYING when you install a load of stuff to be have to go through the code and start nulling :/
