Hey friends

I have a problem when i try to sign up for Amazon affiliate account
all is good till i get to phone part! i tried number with + sign always
have got an error that Amazon can't call that number bla bla
tried to contact them and they say that will fix this but 2 months are pass
but no solution to this?
Is anyone has experienced this also?
